Having partnered well together since 1996 on several Human Resources-related projects for small, medium, and large, profit and nonprofit organizations, Merrill Jones, Daphene Vance, and Arvis Green decided in 2008 to make their working relationship more permanent to create and develop solutions in a field that they love.

These sought-after consultants formed JVG Solutions, Inc., an Austin-based Human Resources company focused on developing and delivering real world, practical and value-added Human Resources products for small, medium, and large businesses in the United States.

Jones has nearly 30 years of experience that includes demonstrated excellence in Human Resources consulting and training, and in particular, organizational design and development for emerging and developing organizations. Jones brings his ability to find innovative and effective solutions for challenges faced by his clients.

Vance has 35 years of experience that includes demonstrated excellence in instructional systems design and technical documentation in a variety of media. Her experience includes design and development of training content from traditional to technology-based training for corporate, technical, and manufacturing.

Green is a senior consultant who has over 20 years of experience in desktop publishing, graphics design, computer application support, and programming.  She has produced high quality publications, computer illustration and animation, website designs, and interactive courseware.
