As the person responsible for the Human Resources function, you partner with managers (internal clients) and their direct reports. You help the organization be effective when it must respond to business needs and challenges. In doing so, you play a major role in shaping the direction of the organization and in helping it more effectively manage the human assets, which are the employees. You ensure that the organization complies with the laws, regulations, policies, and procedures critical to your industry.
Employee Relations includes topics of importance to managers of people and to Human Resources to help manage and develop employees.
