I have purchased a downloadable product, but I can't get it to open on my computer. What do I do?
Your problem may be remedied by checking to see if you have followed the steps listed below:
1. Create a folder on your hard drive to hold the program you have purchased.
2. Download the file to the folder created in step 1.
3. Uncompress (unzip) the file from the download file.
4. Navigate to the folder you created in step 1 and double-click Start_Here.exe.

Do you sell products on CDs or only as downloadable files?
When buying directly from JVG Solutions, you have the opportunity to purchase a product and download it within minutes. Contact us at support@jvgsolutions.com for special orders of products in CD format.

We keep abreast of any and all significant changes affecting the field of Human Resources that would impact our products. If changes are mandatory or if there should be changes to make to satisfy the needs of our customers, we will make them and post the changes in our blog on our website. Those who have purchased the product can get the updates at a discounted price.

Do you provide discounts for students or non-profit organizations?
At this time we don't provide discounts for students or non-profit organizations, but the idea is under consideration. If JVG Solutions decides to offer discounts, we will post that information in our blog on our website.
